Degree in Civil Engineering discipline with least 55% marks, in case of SC/ST/ Internal candidates of HPPTCL & for other categories 60% marks having passed the Degree from a recognized University / Institution of India. AMIE shall be recognized for internal candidate who were enrolled with institutions having permanent recognition upto 31.05.2013.

Desirable Qualification

Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in peculiar conditions prevailing in the State

Examination Pattern

Examination Pattern for HPPTCL Recruitment 2021 Notification
 

• The HPPSC AE exam pattern includes the Screening Test and the Personality Test which is an interview round for the final selection of candidates. The HPPSC AE exam pattern has been detailed further:

  Screening Test

  • The Screening Test will carry 100 marks.

  • Each question is of 1 mark.

  • There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks per question.

  • Candidates will have 2 hours to complete the Screening Test.
